Jewish Family Service Supermarket Sweep Fundraiser March 18th

The annual Supermarket Sweep Foodraiser to benefit the Jewish Family Service Kosher Food Pantry will take place on Sunday, March 18, from 2-4pm at the ShopRite in Clark. If you would like to participate, contact Kim Farrell at kfarrell@jfedcnj.org or by phone at 908-288-2414.

 

Bowling Dinner and Social March 11th

On Sunday, March 11th, at 4:00pm join Anshe Chesed for bowling at Jersey Lanes followed by Pizza at the shul. This event is free of charge. Space is limited. RSVP to the shul office by Friday, March 2nd.

 

“The Jewish Afterlife and Getting There Gently” at TBEMC

Dr. Rick Hodes At the Wilf Jewish Community Campus January 27th

On Friday, January 27th at 9:00am, the Women’s Philanthropy division of the Central Jersey Federation hosts Dr. Rick Hodes who will speak about his fascinating life story as a Doctor in Ethiopia. Breakfast will be served.

 

Scholar in Residence Kiddush Luncheon

Join us on Shabbos, January 21st for a Kiddush luncheon featuring Rabbi Aryeh Klapper. Rabbi Klapper will speak on the topic: Toward a Jewish Philosophy of Beauty and Art. Rabbi Klapper is the Dean of the Center for Modern Torah Leadership and Rosh Beit Midrash of its Summer Beit Midrash program in Boston MA.

Linden City Hall Menora Lighting December 22nd
