The Samuel Sicherman Beis Medrish Program is a collaboration of Congregation Anshe Chesed of Linden and Yeshiva University’s Center for the Jewish Future. Also known as the “Linden Night Kollel,” the program is the brainchild of Rabbi Hess and the CJF’s Rabbi Dr. Ari Sytner. Four young men from YU’s RIETS Semikha Program were carefully selected through on-site interviews and lead the program every Tuesday evening. The participants are: Aaron Berman, Benjy Katz, Chayim Rosensweig, and Asher Shanabrook. There are several different "centers" where various different topics, styles of learning (chavrusa vs. didactic), and levels of difficulty are offered to accommodate those from many different backgrounds.

The evening begins with Maariv at 7:30pm followed by learning accompanied by delicious pastries. The program is graciously sponsored by Jane and Barry Freeman in memory of Jane's father, ob"m.
