Children enjoyed bunny rabbits, sheep, goats, pony rides and full horse rides, and it was especially entertaining to see how many parents ended up riding the horses too. The day also featured arts and crafts where kids created their own mini Noach’s teivas.

The Corner Slice of Linden set up a pop-up pizza stand and shared exciting news about their upcoming move to a much larger venue that will include sushi, a breakfast menu and more. Bounce houses, games and community participation drew people not only from Linden but also from Elizabeth, Hillside, Springfield and the surrounding area. The event was so popular that the hours were extended to keep up with the steady crowds.

One of the highlights was the teen-run concession stand, whose hard work helped raise significant funds and added great energy to the day.

The congregation is looking forward to the 2026 Parshat Noach extravaganza at Anshe Chesed of Linden, unless they decide to switch things up and go boating instead.

Anshe Chesed is a thriving affordable community just 1/2 hour from Manhattan.
