Ballroom Rental Application

Rentals are generally only available Sunday-Thursday, and Saturday evenings after shabbos ends.

General Pricing (subject to change):
  • $800-1000 for six hours (from the time we unlock the doors for setup to when we lock the doors after the event concludes.) If you require additional set up time, please let us know.
  • Payment in full (Plus a $500 security deposit) is required in order to hold the event space
  • $500 will be refunded one week after the event if there are no damages
We have a limited supply of:
  • Mechitzas
  • Round and rectangular tables
  • Chairs
  • Tablecloths and chair covers
  • Up-lights (additional fee)

Doors will be unlocked at this time and setup can begin.
Guests start arriving.
Guests leave and clean up begins. All garbage must be thrown away into garbage bins and bags, which will be provided to you.
Doors will be locked at this time.
The base rental includes the ballroom and coat room. If you would like to use the Beit Midrash, Sanctuary, or Children's playrooms, please note that here.
Note that use of the kitchen (we have separate meat and dairy kitchens) will require a separate discussion and confirmation. Hiring of a mashgiach and corresponding additional fee may apply.
Please provide the caterer's name, phone number, email address and hashgacha. Rabbi Katz will review before approval is provided.
